Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email. Take a picture of the completed form and email or text it to me, and also bring in the physical copy of it, please. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.

In order to support you in keeping your appointment you will receive one or two confirmations in text, email or phone call a few days before your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments that are less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit all or half of the session price you paid for.
12-24 hours before your appointment: I keep 50% of the scheduled service and either refund the other 50% or use it towards your next service.
Less than 12 hours before your appointment: I keep 100% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments will forfeit 100% of the scheduled service

Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your massage. In order to receive the full treatment time you must be in the treatment room promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, you sacrifice those minutes from your scheduled treatment time.
If I am running late for any reason, I will call or text the phone number on file to adjust your arrival time, or to reschedule if your availability has been impacted by me. Please make sure to be aware of your phone messages on the day of your appointment.
